Despite being relocated to a quieter room, the mattress was still uncomfortable, causing restless nights. The dining options were often bland and not appealing, making it difficult to enjoy our meals after long days on the slopes.

The hotel was far from my expectations, the food was only adequate, which is hardly impressive for a 4-night stay at such a price. I couldn't believe there was no free access to the spa facilities. it's absurd. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't get past the lack of special treatment for my stay.

We enjoyed our stay with a comfy bar area that had a cozy log fire, perfect for relaxing with family after a day of skiing. The buffet dinner was a hit for the kids and our large breed dog was welcome too!

Had an awesome time! The staff really went above and beyond when I needed help after a little accident on the slopes. Plus, the ski-in, ski-out access totally saved time! Eating at the snack bar was a nice touch but getting to the plaza means a lot of stairs. Just a bit tiring after a day on the slopes!
